Engineering

Our engineers are experts at designing aircraft refuelers. Learn from them.

Design Engineer—Our engineers design refueling systems to meet purchase descriptions, improve upon legacy refueling systems, and assist in technical proposals for contract acquisitions. Knowledge of fluid dynamics, metallurgy, thermodynamics, or electrical systems is valuable to our operation.

CAD Specialist—When our engineers design a system, our CAD specialists are there to help realize the vision. The ability to produce detailed technical schematics is indispensable to communication between the engineering and production departments.

Production

Everything we can make ourselves, we make ourselves—join our team of experienced metal fabricators.

TIG/MIG Welder—welders skilled in aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel welding—either MIG or TIG—are welcome to apply to this position. Welded components range from small brackets to 5000 gallon tanks.

Machine Operator—We look for mechanically-minded individuals who have experience operating heavy machinery, from brake presses and shears to pipe groovers and sheet rollers. 

Assembly Technician—Personnel on the assembly line install bracketry, piping, electrical lines, pneumatic lines, and all equipment necessary to pump fuel (e.g. PTOs, control valves, and hose reels).

Painting Technician—Painters prime and paint fabricated and purchased components with a varying set of colors and coats.

Operations

All aspects of our operations are overseen by dedicated administrators. Help us maintain an efficient, safe, and quality operation.

Certified Welding Inspector—A CWI is indispensable to ensuring a quality product, whether it be a tank, filter, or bracket. A background in welding is required.

Assistant Production Manager—APMs help maintain product throughput by solving problems on the assembly line, managing labor resources, and efficiently scheduling parts fabrication.

Quality Assurance Representative—Completing quality inspections, resolving field service incidents, and ensuring conformity to ISO 9001 standards are the core responsibilities of a QAM.
